If we normally charge $1000 for the service and we discount it to $750 we have the right to try and collect the additional $250 from the tenant. You further agree that if we do collect any funds during this process that we will charge a 20% collection fee. If the tenant moves or we do not forgive their rent and we collect any funds AFTER they are out or go court if needed we will retain 50% of everything we collect.
