What is a forcible detainer?

Forcible entry and detainer or forcible detainer are fancy words for evicting someone in court. The number one reason for eviction is non-payment of rent. Another reason would be a holdover after proper notice and a specific date has passed.

If you are in a position where someone is holding over there are proper steps that need to be done. Most owners may have given notice that they want their property back, but you’d be surprised that the way they request it back is not in accordance with the property code.

Let us handle all your lease paperwork and do it right without any flaws.
