I’ve already sent out the eviction notice. Will you go to court for me so I don’t have to go?

Typically when an owner asks me to do this literally 99% of the time the notice is wrong or it was not delivered properly. I can only recall one time since 1986 when I went to court and knew the notice was wrong. I won the case, but the judge gave me the eye and the tenant didn’t show up. If I am being honest it shouldn’t have been a win, but it was. All that being said in most cases I have to start the process completely from the beginning to make sure we have the upper hand in court.

If your notice is proper I can definitely attend court for you and do so for many real estate agents, attorneys, and property management firms. I also get the cases where they can’t attend court due to family emergencies, medical issues and more.
