Don’t Do
- List properties more than 60 miles away.
- List properties that are not in excellent condition. Must be renovated or made-ready for showing.
- Price range is a factor based on distance.
Do’s
- My sales game is top notch. I’ve been involved in over 1000+ sales and over 10,000+ leases.
- In most cases I list for only 90 days. 75% of my listings get a contract the first week.
