Do you list properties for sale after you evict tenants?

 

The short answer is yes!  I am a Texas real estate broker and a member of the Collin County Association of Realtors.

Now let’s dig into just a few of the things I do and don’t do.

Don’t Do

  • List properties more than 60 miles away.
  • List properties that are not in excellent condition.  Must be renovated or made-ready for showing.
  • Price range is a factor based on distance.

Do’s

  • My sales game is top notch.  I’ve been involved in over 1000+ sales and over 10,000+ leases.
  • In most cases I list for only 90 days. 75% of my listings get a contract the first week.
